After an early morning departure from Santa Barbara, he landed in Honolulu, HI at about 2230 local which equates to an 18 hour flight covering 2,300 miles - no small feat for an airplane which normally holds 50 gallons of gas. The next step is to remove the voluminous fuel tanks and reinstall the passenger seat so he and 604US's owner David King can start island hopping to the south. (For those curious souls: he landed with wing tanks full so plenty of reserve.) Safe flying, Seosamh & David! Watch out for cannibals!
